1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website and purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our posted store policies.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from our store.

3) Dietary Supplement Disclaimer (No Medical Advice)

Our products are dietary supplements intended for general wellness support. Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition, or take medication.

4) Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities (including for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity).

5) Processing & Shipping

Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on order size and complexity. Processing time begins on the next business day after the order is placed.
Large orders: Orders with more than 200 items may take 5–10 business days to process.
Once processing is complete, your order ships and you’ll receive tracking details.

Delivery estimates (after shipment):

• US Domestic – Regular (USPS): 2–4 business days

• US Domestic – Express (USPS Priority): 1–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping delays & refunds for unshipped items: If we cannot ship within the timeframe promised, we will notify you and provide options as required under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (e.g., consent to a delay or a refund for unshipped merchandise).

6) All Sales Final (No Returns / No Exchanges)

Because our products are consumable and safety-sealed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order issues (we’ll make it right): If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or incorrect, email us at info@mycorenutrients.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product(s) and packaging (including the shipping label). If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

7) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact info@mycorenutrients.com first so we can resolve it quickly. We may provide documentation to payment processors to support order fulfillment (e.g., tracking, delivery confirmation, communications).

8) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, product names, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
