Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Core Nutrients. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Returns and exchanges are available for eligible items under the terms below.

Return window

You have up to 90 days from your purchase date to request a return or exchange.

Eligible purchases

This policy applies to products purchased through the Core Nutrients website or through Core Nutrients phone or call-center orders.

Some items may be ineligible for return due to product restrictions, safety requirements, or other exceptions. If a return can’t be handled normally, we’ll tell you what options are available.

Product condition

We accept returns and exchanges for new products only. “New” means unused, in original packaging, and in a condition we can resell.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we can still help—please include photos in your email so we can sort it out faster.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at info@mycorenutrients.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name (and company name if applicable)
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request
  • What you prefer: refund or exchange
  • Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

Return method

All approved returns are completed by mail. Once your request is approved, we’ll email you the return instructions and return address.

Return shipping / return label

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any return label costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we can’t be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Restocking fee

A 10% restocking fee (based on the product price) may be deducted from your refund for eligible returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you exchange for a different product, any price difference may be charged or credited. Return shipping costs still apply.

Refund method

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time

Refunds are processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Age-restricted orders

If you return an item that required an adult signature or age verification for customers age 21 or older, age verification surcharges and certain shipping-related fees may be excluded from your refund.

No receipt required

You don’t need a receipt as long as we can verify your purchase.

When a return may be denied

We try to be fair, but a return or exchange may be denied if:

  • The request is outside the 90-day window
  • The item is not new/unused or is missing original packaging
  • The item is non-returnable due to product restrictions or other exceptions
  • Certain international restrictions apply
