Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to U.S. military bases or military mail addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Shipments sent to military bases cannot be delivered by our service.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on the order size and complexity. Processing begins on the next business day after your order is placed (weekends and holidays are not business days).
For larger orders with more than 200 items, processing may take 5–10 business days.
Once processing is complete, your order ships out and you’ll receive tracking details by email.
Shipping methods & delivery estimates (after shipment)
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships:

US Domestic – Express: USPS Priority (1–3 business days)
Carrier delays (weather, peak season, holidays, etc.) may occur and are outside our control.

Shipping costs are based on shipment weight and the selected shipping method:

Important note: Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Orders placed with APO/FPO/DPO or military base addresses cannot be fulfilled and may be canceled and refunded.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require payment for reshipping.
Order changes/cancellations
We can only edit or cancel an order before it is processed for fulfillment. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mycorenutrients.com.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact info@mycorenutrients.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item(s) and outer packaging (including the shipping label)
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
